Rise Together Alliance is a youth-led organization supporting ESL, immigrant, and underprivileged students through foundational English instruction and public speaking development designed to build confidence, advocacy, and courage. Through our structured and evolving curriculum, we empower children and adolescents to strengthen their voice. We believe in youth helping youth, creating spaces where students learn from one another.
OUR GOAL
At Rise Together Alliance, our goal is exactly what our name represents: to rise together. We believe that when students support one another, everyone grows stronger. By providing free educational opportunities and building meaningful connections, we strive to create communities where every learner feels heard, valued, and empowered.
Our mission aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Quality Education (SDG 4) and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). By expanding access to educational opportunities and empowering young people to become leaders within their own communities, we hope to create lasting change that extends far beyond the classroom. We can’t wait to watch our students of today become the leaders of tomorrow.
OUR STORY
Hi! I'm Rosie Lee. Fun fact: my favorite food is Dill Pickle Cheetos. I promise they're real, and yes, I will defend them with my life. I'm also the founder of Rise Together Alliance. But Dill Pickle Cheetos fan first.

When I was five, my family moved from Taiwan to the United States. My life changed in 14 hours and 30 minutes. I slowly began to discover a different version of myself and the meaning behind words I had never truly understood before. I realized that language is more than just communication: it is compassion, belonging, and the bridge between people. And as my English grew stronger, so did that understanding.

Public speaking taught me not to fear my own voice. Debate taught me why my voice mattered at all. I came to understand that communication is about far more than grammar or eloquence; it is about the ability to protect, to connect, and to advocate. Rise Together Alliance was born from that realization: a place where students are met with patience instead of judgment, where every child learns that a voice does not become powerful because it is loud, it becomes powerful because it gives the people something to listen to.
